Sewing Essentials 1 is designed to take the fear out of the machine and give you a solid foundation of skills. In this introductory workshop, we strip away the confusion and focus on the mechanics of modern sewing. The Setup: How to wind a bobbin and thread the machine correctly every time. Control: Mastering the foot pedal, sewing straight lines, and pivoting corners. Troubleshooting: How to fix common jams and check your tension. Stitch Basics: Standard seams, backstitching, and seam allowances. What’s Included: Use of studio sewing machines and tools. All Fabrics and Materials included Note: This class is limited to 6 students to ensure everyone gets 1-on-1 attention.
